We have assembled an incredible team of coaches to deliver classes and PT, high level Olympic Lifting, power lifting, HIIT fitness, functional fitness, kettlebells, Pilates and more.

Sean Hennessy

 

Sean is an experienced fitness professional with more than 20 years instructing physical training, both in the British Army and through his own local fitness business. He has competed for the units he served with in cross country skiing, swimming, running and functional fitness. He loves helping people achieve their fitness goals and will be overseeing our weightlifting and Learn to Lift classes. 

Emily Patron

 

Emily discovered her passion for fitness during her five years in the army, representing her cap badge in judo, netball and British Army Warrior Fitness. She specialises in functional fitness and HIIT style workouts and leads the weekend WOD Squad and Community Fitness classes.

Peggy Wright

 

Peggy is a RKPS kettlebell specialist, functional fitness trainer, Pilates and sports specific coach. She brings her Bellates classes to The Shed, combining kettlebells and Pilates to improve flexibility and core strength. 

Michelle Double

 

Michelle is a qualified PT and functional fitness trainer with a passion for exercise, sport and movement. She takes a holistic approach to fitness, incorporating functional fitness, weightlifting, Calisthenics, yoga and running. She has completed more than 100 marathons and believes that everyone can improve the quality of their life through training.

Jordan Tarasenko

 

In his own words, Jordan is 'just your everyday Aussie instructor'.  His motto is "practice makes permanent" so practice correctly!  Jordan will be leading the S&C class on a Wednesday, combining body weight and free weights in a variety of HIIT workouts.

Matt Crane

 

Matt works one on one with people and also delivers group classes to help people develop awareness of their bodies and to improve how they move. Through movement assessments and working individually with people, he aims to improve their ability to get more out of what they love to do, whether this is a specific sport, a demanding physical job or simply daily life.
